All Solovair products are handcrafted at our NPS Shoes factory in Wollaston, Northamptonshire, England, using traditional techniques since 1881.

Solovair footwear is built on various 'lasts' which can affect fit. We recommend consulting our detailed size guide on each product page and measuring your foot length to ensure the best fit before ordering.
What is the difference between Solovair and other air-cushioned brands?
Solovair features our signature 'Soft Suspension' sole. Unlike many competitors, we still use the original Goodyear welting machinery and high-quality materials to ensure our boots are durable and easily repairable.
How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping. Domestic UK orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while international shipping usually takes 5-10 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the footwear is in unworn, brand-new condition and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
