At NPS Solovair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted footwear. If your boots or shoes are not the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in unworn, resaleable condition with all original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Footwear
Place the unworn footwear back into its original Solovair box and secure it inside a protective shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid or standard return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage; once received and inspected at our UK factory, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
